Improv 101: Basics
Next class runs seven weeks from the end of January through mid-March!
Whether you’re looking to break into the comedy world, improve your public speaking skills, or just looking for a fun way to meet fun people, our beginner improv class is a perfect place to start. You’ll learn the five tenets of improv and how they apply to performance and real world situations. This seven week course is taught by our creative director, Matthew Russell.

Improv 201: Scene Study
Six week session starting Monday, January 28th!
Those who have taken Improv 101 with us, or those with equivalent experience (if you believe this is you, please email the instructor) are urged to take Improv 201. This class focuses on the cornerstone of improvisational comedy, solid scenework. This eight week course is taught by our creative director, Matthew Russell, and ends with a performance on the Friday following the last class.

SPECIAL! Public Speaking Workshop at coworkHERS
Ever wanted to improve your public speaking skills? This special free workshop will work to address the fears and barriers that can prevent women from being successful public speakers.
Offered in combination with coworkHERS, this free two hour workshop will help you to start building your confidence and become a better public speaker. You’ll learn tips and tricks to improve the content, structure, and delivery of your speeches, while engaging in practical on-your-feet experience that will help you learn how to find value in your mistakes.
Instructor Krista Simonis has taught public speaking to college students, debaters, salespeople, and more. A former university debate coach, she uses the techniques of improv comedy to help her students build the confidence needed to succeed on the national stage.

Youth Improv Classes start February 6th!
Does your child have an unshakeable need to always be performing? Have you noticed that they always want to be the center of attention and sometimes have trouble listening? Sign your kid up for an improv class!
Improv can help your child expand their creative thinking skills, improve their listening skills, or just find a place where they can be accepted by their peers. Whatever the reason, our youth improv classes are a surefire hit. This six week course starts February 6th, and is on Wednesdays from 4:00pm - 6:00pm. The class will culminate with a final showcase so they can demonstrate what they've learned.
The class will be taught by our Creative Director, Matthew Russell. He has been teaching improv professionally for over 10 year, is an award winning children's entertainer, and has a certificate in children's theater from American River College.

4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
